When completing online payments, financial transaction data is processed securely via our third-party payment gateway and is never stored on our servers.

Your details are used solely to schedule detailing appointments, prepare our workshop bays, communicate service updates, and process payments. We do not sell, rent, or trade customer information to any third parties.

Service Authorization
Booking an appointment authorizes Garage Number Seven LLC to perform the selected detailing, washing, or paint correction services on the designated vehicle. Our technicians are authorized to operate the vehicle within our facility grounds as needed for bay staging.
Booking & Payment Terms
Appointment slots are reserved upon successful online payment confirmation. Stated package rates cover standard vehicle conditions; final fees for paint correction and restoration services will be confirmed following in-person paint assessment.
Customer Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle prior to drop-off. Garage Number Seven LLC is not responsible for lost or damaged personal items left inside the vehicle.
SCHEDULING POLICIES
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Effective Date: October 15, 2026
We maintain a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. You may reschedule or cancel your detailing appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time using our online management portal or by calling +1 (810) 627-2108.
Cancellations requested at least 24 hours prior to the appointment will receive a full refund to the original payment method, processed within 3 to 5 business days. Cancellations made inside the 24-hour window are subject to a late cancellation fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.
Failure to arrive at our facility within 30 minutes of your scheduled appointment without prior notice constitutes a no-show. No-shows forfeit the full booking deposit or service fee to cover reserved bay time and labor allocation.
